Creators can have multiple emails or decide to change which one to use. If this is the case, update or add a creator's email address from two places; the About tab and within a Campaign.

Change a creator's email on their Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Profile
If a creator's email needs to be updated on a Profile, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Go to the Profile and select "About."
Step 2:
Scroll down to Organization Defaults, then select the field labeled Email Address.
Step 3:
Change or add an email address, then select "Save."
Change a Creator's Email within a Campaign
If a creator is in a Campaign and does not have an email associated with their Profile, add or change the creator's email by following the steps below.
Step 1:
Head to the 'Creators' tab of a Campaign.
Step 2:
Select a creator.
Step 3:
If there is no email address associated with the Profile, hover over 'add an email address'. Edit the current email address by hovering over the current email address. In both instances a pencil icon will appear.
Step 4:
Add or edit the creator's email address.
When successfully saved, a green banner will appear at the top of the screen.
