Where to Add Labels to Profiles

Add custom Labels to Profiles for later use throughout our platform Use Labels to search for a group of creators in Discovery, add a group of creators to Report Builder, or add a Label; follow the steps listed below.

Step 1:

On a Profile view, locate 'Labels' in the Left-Hand Pane.

Step 2:

Select the circular "+" button highlighted below.

Step 3:

Add, edit or delete labels here.


Please note, these labels are only accessible within a user's Organization. Full customization, including any proprietary data, is secure amongst the user group.


Now, users can use those labels to search for creators within Discovery:

  • Navigate to the Discovery platform.

  • Select "More Filters" - this will populate a screen to the right.

  • Scroll to find the section titled "Labels."

Within this filter, opt to include and exclude specific Labels in search results. Labels added to the "Include" field will show Profiles labeled with the added label. Labels used in the "Exclude" field will remove Profiles from the search results labeled with the search value.
