Send messages through our Messaging Center.

Message Creators through a centralized inbox. Here, users are able to view messages from Creators throughout any Campaign. To access the Message Inbox, select the Message Center Icon.

Messaging

All communication with Creators can be easily managed from one place. If there is an unread message, a notification bubble will be present.

Within each message thread, users will be able to see the Creator's name first. Under their name is the Campaign in which the thread lives.

Please note, multiple message threads with the same Creator signifies that this Creator is in multiple Campaigns.

The search bar enables users to search for a conversation either using the Creator's name or keywords that were used in the conversation!

Users are able to view, either, "All" or "Unread" messages by selecting the desired option from the sort filter to the left.

Sort message threads by Newest, Oldest, or Unread message threads using the sort filter to the right.

Rich Text Editor & Messaging Templates

Rich text editing is available in any messaging capacity.

The rich text functionality offered includes the ability to:

  • Bold

  • Italicize

  • Underline

  • Edit Text Alignments

  • Create Bulleted Lists

  • Create Numbered Lists

  • Add a Hyperlink

  • Add an Attachment

  • Remove Formatting

  • Ellipsis Messaging Templates

    • We offer the ability to create custom messaging templates in addition to the available default templates. Learn how to create messaging templates on the Campaign level here, or the Organization level here.

Features

Watchers

The Watcher functionality allows users to subscribe to notifications for specific Creators within the Campaign. If a user opts to become a watcher for a Creator, they will receive notifications when the selected Creator makes an action within the Campaign.

Step 1:

Select "+" within a specific message thread.

Step 2:

Select the intended watcher from the list of users, or invite users by email.

Step 3:

Select "Add".

Please note, if there are existing watchers, users are able to remove them from correspondence notifications by selecting β€œRemove Watchers”.

Verified Domains

Users are able to verify their individual or company domains through Organization Settings.
