Sprout Social Influencer Marketing can pull and analyze Comments, Likes, Views, and Shares for Creators that post content on TikTok. Find information on specific metrics below:

Campaign Support

Engagement Rate

Engagement Rate calculations for TikTok are as follows:

  • TikTok Engagement = Likes + Comments + Shares

TikTok Engagement Rate follows the global campaign configuration by default. Engagement Rate is calculated by Engagement / Followers. Users can change this calculation to Engagement / Views in Campaign Settings.

Potential Reach

Potential Reach is calculated in the same fashion as other social platforms:

  • Potential Reach= Summing the follower count of all social profiles that mentioned the selected profile on the specified date.

    • Please note that every post from a Creator counts towards the total when calculating potential reach.

    • For example, if a Creator posts twice, the potential reach will consider each individual post's metrics.

Content Tab on Profile

Sprout Social Influencer Marketing's Platform can analyze Comments, Likes, Views, and Shares for Creators that post content on TikTok that meet requirements set in Campaign Settings.

  • Filters: TikTok is available as a Filter within the Creator's Content tab on their Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Profile, as well as the available metrics.

Sprout Social Influencer Marketing's Discovery solution is now able to determine the audience size of TikTok Creators. This means users are now able to use size of a Creator's TikTok audience as a filter within Sprout Social Influencer Marketings Discovery solution.
