The Review element within Creator View gives users a way to narrow down Creators within a Campaign. This is also a place to leave internal notes about each Creator, ensuring all users are on the same page.

Review works on two levels:

Any user with access to the Campaign can perform Internal Review on a Creator. Select “+” to open a Creator’s full Profile, from which any necessary information can be gained prior to performing the Review.

Once a decision about the Creator has been made, select "Disapprove", "Approve" or "Tentative", located in the header of the Profile.

If the Campaign is shared with any Collaborators, approving a Creator triggers a request for Collaborator Review. This can be turned off by deselecting "Begin Collaborator Review Process After Approval" before selecting "Approve".

Users have full control over which Creators are shared with Collaborators. A Creator only becomes visible in the Collaborator Portal when a Collaborator Review is requested.

Collaborator Review is hidden unless a Campaign is shared with one or multiple Collaborators.

Add custom comments to any Review requests by selecting the comment icon, highlighted below.

Please note, It will also be surfaced in the Creator View on the Collaborator Portal in Agency Review Comments section as shown below and is also easily accessible from the Comments.

If there are Collaborators on the Campaign, it is possible to customize which elements from a Creator's Profile the Collaborator is able to see. Do so by selecting "Creator Preview".

Here, users are able to re-order, add or delete elements as they're viewed by Collaborators.

Please note, changes will not be saved unless "Save" is selected.
