Collaborators are external users that have access to limited resources within a Campaign. They can be utilized when a user needs review functionalities or visibility into a specific part of the Campaign but doesn’t need a full Sprout Social Influencer Marketing seat.
To add Collaborators to your Campaign, visit the Campaign Settings and go to Collaborators.
⚠️ Please note that there is no limit of collaborators per campaign or organization.
After selecting Invite Collaborator, you can specify your Collaborator’s e-mail address and their access Rights.
After selecting Share, e-mail invitations will be shared with the Collaborators.
All actions related to sharing resources with Collaborators will be hidden in the Campaign UI if you don’t have a Collaborator invited to the Campaign.
