Sprout Social Influencer Marketing's Contract Component within Creator flow operates using an integration with Dropbox Sign. This integration allows users to easily prepare, send and monitor the status of a Contract, down to signature status.

Contract component is available only when Dropbox Sign integration is enabled and set up, which can be done only by your Organization Admin.

Send a Contract

If a Contract has not yet been prepared or has been withdrawn, each user has the opportunity to prepare and send one to Creators and/or other parties that need to sign it.

To prepare a Contract, select "Prepare" within the Contract Component. Each Contract is sent through Dropbox Sign, which notifies Contract signatories of the document awaiting their signature. Please note, the only way to sign a Contract is through the link in the email sent to Creators from Dropbox Sign.

Withdraw a Contract

Before all parties accept a Contract, it is possible to withdraw and prepare a new one. This is no longer possible after the Contract is signed by all signatories (this is when it starts to be legally binding).

Select "View " to view Contract Summary. The Contract can be withdrawn from there.

If a Contract has been declined or an error has occurred, a warning message will be displayed next to the affected Contracts in Dashboard, List View and Creator View.

Contracts in other Locations

  • Contracts sent to multiple Campaign Creators are summarized in Campaign Dashboard.

  • There is a dedicated Contract column within the Creators List View.
