User Access

Create and manage Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Campaign access using the 'Users' and 'Teams' tabs within User Access in Campaign Settings.


Users

The first tab within User Access is Users. Here, Sprout Social Influencer Marketing users can manage internal team members and their access to the Campaign.

Add a User

Step 1:

Select '+ Add User.'

Step 2:

Select team members from the list.

Step 3:

Decide which parts of the Campaing the user has access to:

  • Viewer:

  • Editor:

  • Manager:

Step 4:

Select 'Add.'

After selecting 'Add' users have access to the Campaign.


Teams

If an Organization has opted to use Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Teams, they can ensure specific Teams within the Organization have access to a particular Campaign.

Do so by selecting "Add Team.

Then, search for Team(s) within your Organization to share the Campaign.

Please note, Teams is an optional function of any Campaign; for questions regarding Teams, reach out to the Organization Admin.
