Updated and more powerful Campaign Summary

A series of improvements was introduced to the Campaign Summary

Updated over a month ago

Your Campaign Summaries have become even more powerful. We've introduced a series of enhancements to the Campaign Summary, allowing you to measure key metrics for your business more quickly, easily, and accurately.

Let's walk through the most important changes!

Refreshed interface and advanced capabilities

The new Campaign Summary interface resembles what you're familiar with from Signals, featuring consistently aligned metrics.

Additionally, your campaign metrics remain updated beyond the campaign's end date, allowing for more realistic monitoring.

The new Campaign Summary views include:

  • customizations,

  • pivots,

  • different components.

This will simplify and add flexibility to managing your campaigns.

Customization

Customize the Campaign Summary view to your specific needs!

You can:

  • add and remove components,

  • move sections vertically,

  • use available templates.

The default Campaign Summary template remains unchanged, but you can customize it to measure the campaign metrics crucial for your business.

You can save your customized view for both a specific campaign and as a new default Campaign Summary.

Interactive components

You can click on any aggregated data point in the Campaign Summary to view the posts included in the aggregation. You might recognize this feature as the same functionality currently available in Signals and on Profiles.

Improved navigation

The Campaign Settings button was moved to a new location. You can find it in the top right corner of the screen.

Additionally, a sticky submenu has been added, allowing you to:

  • Edit Summary

  • Export Summary

  • Add Content

PDF export

Each Campaign Summary Report can now be directly exported to PDF, similar to a Signals Report. Additionally, you'll still be able to export via Report Builder.

Lexicon

Lexicon is our dictionary of metrics. It serves as a comprehensive source of information on all metrics supported and displayed within Sprout Social Influencer Marketing.

  • Tooltip – a brief explanation of a specific metric in the form of a small pop-up. To view it, simply hover over any metric. When inspecting a Post in your Campaign Summary, the Tooltip will inform you about the last time the data was updated!

  • Pop-up – the actual "Lexicon." It appears when you click the “Learn More” button in a Tooltip. In the Pop-up, you’ll find a detailed description, the source of the metrics, and additional information about the available platforms. Here, you'll be able to find information about how each specific metric is sourced.

  • Search – the search bar in the Pop-up allows you to easily find details about any metrics supported by Sprout Social Influencer Marketing.

Minor changes

  • Impressions – a single “Impressions" metric now houses the values of both Estimated and actual Impressions. Hover over the value to see whether it has been pulled based on Creator Opt-in or estimated by Sprout Social Influencer Marketing!

  • Refreshed metrics – Metrics in the updated Campaign Summary are now calculated using the Signals engine, ensuring consistent values across both Campaigns and Signals with no discrepancies.

  • Organization TemplatesOrganization Settings now enable the Org Admin to configure default, customized templates for all Campaign Summary views.

  • Count of Profiles - the count of profiles in the Campaign Summary now includes only Creators who have published at least one piece of content in this campaign.

  • New tab for Payment & Conversions – Payments and Conversions, previously part of the old Campaign Summary, have been moved to a separate section.

  • Meta Ads – the Organic/Paid filter has been incorporated into the global filters list (accessible via Add Filter) and renamed to “Meta Ads.” Additionally, the new metrics: “Meta Ad Engagement” and “Meta Ad Engagement Rate” allow us to measure the engagement of Paid posts.

  • New and improved metrics – we added several new metrics (Total Interactions, Clip Replays, Aggregated All Plays, Average Watch Time, Total View Time), and enhanced some existing ones (Total Watch Time, Average Watch Time, Engagement Benchmark, Meta Ad Engagement).
