Custom Landing Pages that match your Brand’s look and feel

Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Sync lets create custom landing pages to attract, qualify, and capture prospective creators for brand ambassador programs, content collaborations, and influencer campaigns.

Sync pages consist of 4-5 sections with one of them being optional. Client can customize each section to align with the brand, objectives, and any specific instructions or information the client wants to convey to creators during the registration process.

Sync Pages are built manually by the engineering team on the client’s request.

Sample Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Sync can be found here.

Each submission is available in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing in a dedicated UI, and all information gathered by the Sync page are presented as Custom Fields in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing Profiles.

Influencer submissions can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the menu on the left. It is only available for Organizations with Sync Page.

Sync tool allows users to view Sync Page submissions data in table view directly on the Platform and download CSV files with data.

Table View consists of:

  • Profile avatar with link

  • Social media handles data from submission

  • Survey responses from submission

One organization can have multiple Sync Pages. Then, influencer responses will be accessible within separate tabs grouped by Sync Page names.

Sync Data in Custom Fields

Each Sync Page survey question also has its own Profile Custom Field with data. Responses are uploaded there automatically and can be found on each Profile.

Why are Custom Fields sometimes empty?

When data provided by Creator is not sufficient to automatically create a Creator Profile in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing (for example typo in creator handle), we are not able to automatically upload Sync Submission data to Custom Fields. A link Icon with a tooltip is displayed in such cases.
