Customize Email Footers

Admins are able to customize email signatures for an organization, including a company logo and the organization’s address. To do so, follow the steps below:

From Organization Settings, select "Customize Email Footer".

Users will be prompted to add a logo for “Light Mode” and “Dark Mode”. This is so users have control of the logo, or image, displayed regardless of the mode of the how the recipients device.

Next, Users are able to add a company address or additional Organization details, such as web links.

Please note, for sizing optimization, Sprout Social Influencer Marketing requires uploaded images to have a maximum height of 32px.

Select “Save”, then scroll down to preview the footer that's been created.

After completing the above fields, select “Save” and scroll down to preview the customized footer.

Users are able to customize their email signature for messages sent from Sprout Social Influencer Marketing by selecting "Customize Email Signature".

Use the box in the screen below to enter whatever it is you wish your signature to read. Feel free to either type, paste, or tap the Personal Details slugs, which populate the information from the previous screen.

Scroll down to preview the created signature then select “Save”.
